Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at capturesocialbooth.ca or submitting a booking inquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Capture Social Booth provides luxury photo booth rental services for weddings, corporate events, galas, and other celebrations in the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding regions of Ontario, Canada. The specific services, inclusions, and pricing for each booking are outlined in the booking agreement provided to you upon confirmation.

3. Booking & Deposit

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed booking agreement and a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total package price. Submitting an inquiry through our website does not constitute a confirmed booking.

The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

The deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances. If you need to reschedule your event, please contact us as early as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a new date, subject to availability.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event date will forfeit the full balance paid. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date will forfeit the deposit only.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate event details at the time of booking
• Ensure adequate space (approximately 8×8 feet with 7-foot ceiling clearance) and access to a standard 120V power outlet at the venue
• Notify us of any venue restrictions or access requirements in advance
• Ensure guests treat our equipment with care and respect

6. Equipment & Liability

All equipment remains the property of Capture Social Booth at all times. The client is responsible for any damage to our equipment caused by guests or venue conditions during the event.

Capture Social Booth is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the services.

7. Photos & Media

By booking our services, you grant Capture Social Booth a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use photos and videos taken at your event for marketing and promotional purposes (including social media and our website), unless you notify us in writing prior to the event that you do not consent to this use.

All digital files are provided via an online gallery link. We are not responsible for files lost after the gallery expiry period (30 days from delivery). We recommend downloading your photos promptly.

8. Force Majeure

Capture Social Booth shall not be liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, illness, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule your event.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
